耐熱聚乙烯PE-RT地暖管

產品簡介：

由于高密度聚乙烯管不能承受高溫，無法解決室內熱水供應問題。由此，美國開發了一種新型的耐高溫管道材料——耐熱聚乙烯（PE-RT）。他除了具有高密度聚乙烯一切優點外，還可以很好地解決室內熱水供應問題。耐熱聚乙烯（PE-RT）是以乙烯一辛烯為共聚單體的共聚物，在聚合反應中對聚乙烯分子鏈上支鏈的數目和分布進行適度控制，使其PE-RT材料具有優異的物理學性能，在無需交聯的情況下，PE-RT管材即具有較高的耐溫性能。在輸送水溫70°C，長期使用壓力為0.97MPa條件下壽命可達50年。

 Jilin Tianze Pipe Industry Co., Ltd.is a comprehensive high-tech manufacturing and trade enterprise. Our company was found in 2006, mainly dedicated to developing and producing “Hongyuan” brand PE-Xa PIPES, PE-RT geothermal pipes, PPR hot/cold water pipes, PPR fittings and manifolds. Tianze provides advanced solutions for Indoor Climate，Floor/ Underfloor Heating System and Water Transportations in all building types, from residential house to industrial and commercial buildings.

We havea pipe manufacturing factory which covers about 10,000 square meters and annual pipe capability reached over 40,000,000 meters. Especiallythe PP-R manifold is our PATENTED PRODUCT which is designed and developed by our independent R&D team. Patent number is 201220005643.1. The patent part is the most advanced and unique tube gripper structure. 

The company’s production facilities are all imported from South Korea. The Advantages are as follows: Computer monitoring system, totally enclosed automatic feeding system, advanced technology processes, perfect testing instruments. The main raw materials that we use are South Korea LG raw materials (XL1800) and HONAM8100GX, All accessories are all imported from Japan and Europe. Such as Germany Degussa DTBP cross-linking agent, Switzerland CIBA A/O1076 major antioxidants, PS802FL auxiliary antioxidants.

We also carry out a strict quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 requirements.
